Mr. Jimoh Oladipo Abass
Mr. Jimoh Oladipo Abass the Principal Partner is a product of University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba (1982) and Nigerian Law School (1983). He has been very active in Commercial Practice, Commercial Litigation and Arbitration. He has participated in several Capital Market transactions in the course of his practice.
He provides Advisory Legal Services to Oil and Gas Companies as well as Banking and Insurance entities.
He is also involved in the Prosecution of a number of cases at the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
Mr. Abass was appointed a Notary Public in 1993. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN), Capital Market Solicitors Association and the International Bar Association (I. B. A). He is also registered as a Capital Market Consultant by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In addition, our Principal Partner attended several specialized courses including courses on the Development of Capital Market at the International Law Institute, George Washington University, Washington DC, United States of America as well as the United Nations Centre for Transnational Corporation Programme on Negotiations and Contract.
Mr. Abass acts as Company Secretary to a number of Companies including some Stock Broking, Insurance and Insurance Broking Companies as well as Finance Houses.
Dr. Hamza Dawood
Dr. Hamza Dawood a Senior Counsel is an alumnus of the University of Lagos (1983), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (2000); The Nigerian Law School (1984) and University of London, United Kingdom (2017). He has practiced extensively in Nigeria, United Kingdom and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Hamza is also a Certified Translator and has a wealth of experience in Administrative and Public Sector matters.
Mr. Seyi Ismail Babatunde
Mr. Seyi Ismail Babatunde, a Counsel attended Ahmadu Bello University Zaria (2013) and the Nigerian Law School (2014). He also holds a Master Degree in Law from the University of Ilorin (2018) He is a Counsel in Chambers in the Conveyancing and Commercial Litigation Department.
